Why do you love working at Occupier?
I get to work with some really talented people, and I’m constantly learning from them. It feels like we’re all in it together, pushing towards the same goals, and that energy makes work a lot more enjoyable.
What is your favorite memory at Occupier thus far?
The week leading up to the release of payables and vendors was amazing. It felt like everything just clicked. Each engineer was focused and contributed their piece, and it all flowed naturally.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
I enjoy playing with the kids and taking them to new places every weekend. They love animals, so it could be somewhere nearby with ducks or cows. I also like listening to music, playing video games, and watching TV shows with my wife. We love trying out new restaurants every so often as part of our own little culinary adventure.
What’s your favorite movie of all time?
I like most Christopher Nolan movies, but I’d probably go with Inception.
What travel destination would you recommend?
When I pick a destination, I like to explore the nearby cities to really experience the whole region. If you’re visiting Rio de Janeiro, I highly recommend checking out Angra dos Reis and Paraty. They offer a great mix of beautiful islands, clear waters, and rich Brazilian history.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
You have to give your best every day. No matter how well things went yesterday, today brings new challenges to tackle.
