Historically commercial real estate and finance teams work in tech stacks built for other departments. We set out to craft lease management software that is purpose built from the perspective of the commercial tenant — to create real estate workflows that align finance, operations and development teams — so they can collaborate in a single source of leasing truth.
Our Story:
In 2018, fellow JLL & VTS Alums Matt Giffune and Andrew Flint noticed a major gap in the technology solutions for commercial real estate teams on the tenant-side. The tools being leveraged were clunky, hard to use, and created departmental silo’s.
So, together they founded Occupier in order to disrupt the legacy commercial real estate space and help companies modernize their real estate function.
