Occupier Referral Program FAQs

Take a peek at these commonly asked questions and the official rules of engagement with the Occupier Referral Program.

Yes, you can refer as many tenants or organizations as you would like. The 5% commission is paid out on new business based on a one-year closed deal price.

From the day an individual is referred to Occupier, your proposed lead has 90 days to convert to an Occupier customer.

The first referrer as deemed by Occupier earns the 5% referral commission.

Occupier will pay your commissions equal to five percent (5%) of the Lead Referral’s One-Year Revenue Contract, NOT including any additional module purchases after the initial contract.

We thank you for your referral. No commission payouts will be made to any referrals made prior to the commencement of this referral program.

Commission payments (less any applicable withholding taxes or other levies) will be payable on the last day of the month following the quarter in which Occupier receives payment of the Lead Referral Revenue.
