📄 What is FRS 102 Lease Accounting?
FRS 102 is the new financial reporting standard for the UK and Republic of Ireland, providing a framework for small and medium-sized entities (SMEs).

Why do you love working at Occupier?
There are plenty of opportunities to solve real-world problems and feel the satisfaction of knowing you’ll be making someone else’s task easier.
What is your favorite memory at Occupier thus far?
Meeting most of the team at our all hands in Boston. Everyone was really nice and good vibes were all over the place.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work?
– Go for a walk with my girlfriend, Naty, and our little dog “Olina”
– Prepare (lots of) coffee, gin tonic, and try new foods
– Monthly BBQ with my friends
– Listen to and sometimes play music
– Fiddle around with small scraps of wood and craft something
Favorite movie of all time?
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and The Prestige.
Travel destination you would recommend?
Aruba. I’ve been there just once but I’d love to visit again in the future… fell in love with the beaches there.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Always be useful to other people.
