All customers start with Lease Administration as the foundation, selecting either the Basic or Professional tier based on their operational needs. Each tier includes a minimum of 20 leases, with additional leases priced on a per-lease basis. You can add Lease Accounting or Transaction Management modules as needed.
Your annual subscription covers the platform, unlimited users, and standard support. Implementation services (lease abstraction, data migration, training) are available as separate professional services packages based on portfolio size and complexity.
We count active leases in your portfolio. This includes both real estate and owned properties under management. Expired or terminated leases don't count toward your total.
No — but Lease Accounting requires the foundation of Lease Administration to function properly. Most customers start with Lease Administration to establish their system of record, then add Lease Accounting when compliance requirements arise. Finance and accounting teams benefit from both modules working together.
Absolutely. Most customers start with Professional and move to Enterprise as their portfolio grows and workflows mature. Upgrades happen at renewal or mid-contract based on your needs.
